Eligibility Requirements:

Those eligible for housing include:

  • Families consisting of 2 or more members related by blood, marriage, or other operation of law
  • Persons age 62 or over
  • Near elderly family (age 50 – 61)
  • Family whose head of household or spouse is disabled in accordance with HUD guidelines
  • Single person households not listed above

Income, previous rental history, criminal background and the ability to fulfill obligations and to adhere to the terms of the lease are all considered.

Application Procedure

Applications are accepted from Monday through Friday by contacting the development office to schedule an interview. An applicant must provide: birth certificate, Social Security card, photo ID and income verification from all sources.

Accessibility

All TMHA units are accessible to persons with disabilities. Specific alterations can be requested by a resident at any time during occupancy. Alterations made in accordance with section 504, ADA.
